Young explorers learn to navigate by GPS and maps as they discover the Presidio's native flora and fauna and the Bay Area's natural surroundings. Campers also investigate the exciting world of geocaching, the game of finding and hiding hidden caches using a GPS in urban and natural landscapes. Campers build and hide their own nature-themed cache and learn to post the coordinates on the Internet.
