13th Annual Conference on Judea & Samaria Research Studies

Thu 15 May, 9 am-5 pm. Directed by Dr. Ya'acov Eshel, the forum is a multi-disciplinary scientific conference dealing with issues related to Judea and Samaria. Some of the subjects to be discussed include the region's history, archaeology, geography, politics, economics, tourism, environment, agricultural development and settlement patterns. All sessions will be conducted in Hebrew. Israeli Minister of Tourism Rabbi Benny Elon is scheduled to serve as the keynote speaker in the afternoon session for Land of the Bible tour guides, held in cooperation with the Shomron Tourism Authority.
