Featuring the stories of Hiram Bingham (USA), Chiune Sugihara (Japan) and Raoul Wallenberg (Sweden) Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 12:00pm The perpetuation of the memories of the events and uprisings of the Holocaust would be incomplete without the inspiring chapters recorded by those individuals whose conscience did not let them stand aside and accept with indifference the fate of the Jews. Relatively few in number, the acts of these righteous individuals show that aid and rescue were possible, with effort and sacrifice.
