Biodanza is Art through movement and music. The facilitator takes you on a sequence of music that bypasses your thinking brain straight into your cells and rekindles with the dance you were born with.
Your emotions are awaiting to be danced, Biodanza guides you through five integrated forces within you. The body follows, no words are uttered, you follow the music.
Biodanza is community-based, everyone contributes with their soul dance.

If you have come to one of our dances during the pandemic and shown proof, then I have you on a list and you do not need to bring again. If not, then please bring your vaccine card for entry. No one will be allowed in without proof. We will revisit this requirement as time goes on. It is also a requirement of UCG's at this time. Masks are optional; but smiles are not. Tue 29 Mar 2022, 7-9 pm. Whether you are looking for a group to socialize with, dance for a passion for simply want to have some fun. Come join us for a fun series of Salsa dance classes. Classes will be held every Tuesday.
Cost is $12.00 per one hour of class
$20.00 for both classes.

8:00 - 9:00 Intermediate/advance.
