In this series, we will break down foundational floor moves like rollovers, candlesticks, and smooth transitions, giving you the tools to play, experiment, and infuse your unique style into each move. Instead of focusing on choreography, you will have the freedom to discover how these movements flow naturally in your body. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their freestyles and build confidence on the floor.
Level:
This series is for all levels but not for the absolutely beginner. Modifications will be provided for upper and lower level students. It is recommended that you have taken at least a couple of Level 1 classes prior to signing up for this class.

Welcome to Happy Kiss
Never taken a pole class before and want to be welcomed into our haven? Immersion is for you. You will not only learn pole dancing basics, you also will be welcomed into our community and have a chance to take a break, take up space and play.
What to wear:
Shorts or leggings, a breathable top, socks or bare feet. Make sure not to wear any lotion and no jewelry. Bring a water bottle and an open mind.
Intro Session Policies:
