Fri 1 Nov, 4:30-5:30 pm. Join Sarit for SloMo Movement, a unique new offering that invites you to slow down and move mindfully. Inspired by tai chi, yoga, and the Nia Technique, this session offers a gentle movement flow guided by your body’s sensations and the surrounding environment. After the movement, we’ll transition into a short sitting meditation.
Set in the serene gardens of the Thomas Center, under the shade of a majestic oak tree, this Friday afternoon session is the perfect way to unwind and ease into your weekend.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a meditation cushion if you have one, and a bottle of water.
Open to all—no prior experience required.
