On Monday nights, we go at a pace for intermediate dancers. Beginners are welcome to attend and go at their own pace.
On Thursday nights, the dances you learn are Argentine Tango, Salsa and West Coast Swing. On Thursday nights we go at a pace for beginners. Intermediate dancers are welcome to attend and go at their own pace.
Couples friendly, you rotate as much as you want or not at all. Singles friendly, no partner needed.
The more you dance, the faster you learn. To encourage you to dance twice a week, you get a big discount for coming on both Mondays and Thursdays.
The cost is for one class per person. You are invited to stay for the other classes on the same night at no extra charge.

Wed 3 May, 7-8 pm. This is an ongoing class. No prior experience in Hip-Hop is needed. Starts from the beginning, covering all of the basics. The music is great and the class is fun.
Mr. Dingle is an experiences dancer, instructor and choreographer. A graduate of Keiser University and Dreyfoos School of the Arts, he received further training from Julliard, Alvin Ailey, Tennessee Ballet and Howard University. Background includes TV commercials, halftime performances for NBA, commercial shots for Vogue, performances at the Kravis Center, Gusman Center, Tennessee Performing and Miami Arena among others. Dance forms taught include ballet, pointe, pas de deux, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary West African, Graham, Limon, Horton and Musical Theatre. Nia is a cardio dance group fitness class that incorporates martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. As an ongoing practice, Nia promotes mindfulness, holistic fitness and well-being. Nia empowers people of all shapes and sizes to connect to their body, mind, emotions and spirit by paying attention to sensation.
This one-hour class is perfect for all levels of experience and fitness.

Wed 10 May, 7-8 pm. This is an ongoing class. No prior experience in Hip-Hop is needed. Starts from the beginning, covering all of the basics. The music is great and the class is fun.
Mr. Dingle is an experiences dancer, instructor and choreographer. A graduate of Keiser University and Dreyfoos School of the Arts, he received further training from Julliard, Alvin Ailey, Tennessee Ballet and Howard University. Background includes TV commercials, halftime performances for NBA, commercial shots for Vogue, performances at the Kravis Center, Gusman Center, Tennessee Performing and Miami Arena among others. Each class is one hour and consists of both instruction and dancing.
From 8 to 9 pm there is a one hour Argentine Tango class. From 8 to 10 pm, overlapping with the class, is a two hour Argentine Tango practica. You can participate in either one. The cost for the practica is $5. Student aged folks can come to the practica for free.
On Thursday nights, we go at a pace for beginner dancers. Intermediate dancers are welcome to attend and go at their own pace.
On Monday nights, the dances you learn are Hustle and West Coast Swing. On Monday nights we go at a pace for intermediate dancers. Beginners are welcome to attend and go at their own pace.
Note no dancing on Mondays April 10 and April 17 due to Passover.

Want to learn tango? Come join the UF Argentine Tango Club for a free beginner tango class. Feel free to join even if you have never danced tango before, there are teachers for whatever level you might be.
Who: Everyone can come. The beginner class is geared for people who have never danced before or who want to practice the basics. The intermediate class is for those who have been to at least some classes and is for you if you feel ready and confident enough to learn some new steps. The advanced class is for those who have been dancing for a long while now and will feature more complicated steps, so ask a teacher to make sure you are experienced enough for this level.

Fri 19 May, 10-11 am. Nia's philosophy is: "Through Movement We Find Health." Nia fitness is based on the idea that exercise should feel good inside and out. Nia is a cardio dance group fitness class that incorporates martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. As an ongoing practice, Nia promotes mindfulness, holistic fitness and well-being. Nia empowers people of all shapes and sizes to connect to their body, mind, emotions and spirit by paying attention to sensation.
This one-hour class is perfect for all levels of experience and fitness.

Wed 24 May, 7-8 pm. This is an ongoing class. No prior experience in Hip-Hop is needed. Starts from the beginning, covering all of the basics. The music is great and the class is fun.
Mr. Dingle is an experiences dancer, instructor and choreographer. A graduate of Keiser University and Dreyfoos School of the Arts, he received further training from Julliard, Alvin Ailey, Tennessee Ballet and Howard University. Background includes TV commercials, halftime performances for NBA, commercial shots for Vogue, performances at the Kravis Center, Gusman Center, Tennessee Performing and Miami Arena among others. Dance forms taught include ballet, pointe, pas de deux, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary West African, Graham, Limon, Horton and Musical Theatre. Tue 30 May, 7:30-9:30 pm. We offer two hours of group classes each Tuesday and Thursday. All are welcome to join in for group classes, no partner is needed. Classes are divided into three levels for Salsa: Beginner, Intermediate A and Intermediate B, and two levels for Bachata: Beginner and Intermediate. A single instructor teaches each level, and students rotate partners throughout the class.

Thursday 8:30-9:30 pm
Bachata Class:

Wed 31 May, 7-8 pm. This is an ongoing class. No prior experience in Hip-Hop is needed. Starts from the beginning, covering all of the basics. The music is great and the class is fun.
Mr. Dingle is an experiences dancer, instructor and choreographer. A graduate of Keiser University and Dreyfoos School of the Arts, he received further training from Julliard, Alvin Ailey, Tennessee Ballet and Howard University. Background includes TV commercials, halftime performances for NBA, commercial shots for Vogue, performances at the Kravis Center, Gusman Center, Tennessee Performing and Miami Arena among others. Dance forms taught include ballet, pointe, pas de deux, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary West African, Graham, Limon, Horton and Musical Theatre.
